[Feature Request] Hotkey for tile

Thank you for your lovely plugin. I am an enthusiastic user.

I am writing to confirm a feature that I haven't seen and couldn't figure out how to do myself. I can perform these actions with the mouse, but would prefer to do them with hotkey so I can be "mouse free" as much as practical.

Presently, I have three layouts (2/3 left, 1/3 right), (1/3 left, 2/3 right) and a third that further subdivides 1/3 columns. Ideally, I would like to assign each tile in a layout a unique identifier and use a hotkey to move the in focus window/app to that tile.

I didn't see any obvious documentation for this use case and wanted to confirm if I could do this presently or if the code could be modified to accomplish this task.

Hey, sorry for the late response, I don't know why but I missed the notification! Thank you for sharing this, it is an interesting idea. Let's see if there are many people interested into it so I can understand which feature request prioritize!

If/when implemented might it make sense to reference the Tiling Shell system of "best tile" for deciding what keybind corresponds to which tile?

Yeah. The great question here is how one can assign in a simple way keybindings to each tile of all the layouts you have!
