  pyxi can now (2.3.1) be executed from any directory, slightly different opts/args;
  optionally accepts -b <backend-path> option when 'be/backend' not present or named differently;
  accepts -t <tcp-host:port> altough that's not of much use with current backend;
  x88 PipeStream now names fifo: x88.<pid> (instead of pyxi.<pid>).

  Fixed KeyPressed modifier handling in eh_key. Mod2 is NumLock here, perhaps not always valid assumption?
  Fixed eh_destroy routines so window close now properly quits pyxi
  Removed trailing spaces (vim automagic...)
