AFAICT, dotnet/aspnetcore#61306 falls into the implementation detail bucket and only affects one thing in Blazor docs: There are remarks in the Blazor movie tutorial about the first-run experience breaking with a navigation exception that tells devs to disable the exception.

... resolved by #34892. The content is already versioned out for 10.0 or later, and the text states that it's only for 9.0.

I'll add the section provided for the .NET docs, as well, per dotnet/core#9878. Done! 👍 on #35431.

OpenAPI.NET updated to Preview.17

• WN 10.P4 OpenAPI.NET updated to Preview.17 #35402 (Move to WN, edit/rewrite as needed)

The OpenAPI.NET library used in ASP.NET Core OpenAPI document generation has been upgraded to v2.0.0-preview17. This version includes a number of bug fixes and improvements and also introduces some breaking changes. The breaking changes should only impact users that use document, operation, or schema transformers. Breaking changes in this iteration that may impact developers include the following:

• Ephemeral object properties are now in Metadata
• Use HTTP Method Object Instead of Enum
