This documentation said thet the algorighm used is the same as NEWSEQUENTIALID() in Microsoft SQL Server. But comment in the source at https://github.com/dotnet/efcore/blob/master/src/EFCore/ValueGeneration/SequentialGuidValueGenerator.cs said the opposite.
