Sorry for the confusion around this.

For this release, there was an unexpected rebuild of the SDK which was published to https://dotnetcli.blob.core.windows.net/dotnet/Sdk/2.2.100. The build was analyzed and found to have no changes from the previous build (the one on https://download.visualstudio.microsoft.com/download). Because this was discovered late and found to represent no functional changes, we left things alone.
