Summary

The launch, debug, and EnC (Edit and continue) features that exist today, offer developers a way to run their application during the inner-loop along with potentially debugging and even changing their code and have those changes applied to their running application. There are a number of potential opportunities to improve this set of experiences to further their ability to become a more integral part of the inner-loop story.
