Disallow defining non-unique index on key properties #3716

With #700, every key will have explicit index object defined over same set of properties. Since keys are unique, setting unique=false on associated index should be blocked or setting uniqueness of index to false should remove conflicting keys.

This goes away with the design @bricelam sent out yesterday
