I'm pretty sure Microsoft claimed it's in charge of fixing any bugs in code provided by the community. If it's not the case, it's better to remove or disable all the Roslyn-based features in order to not confuse users.

@vasily-kirichenko is the project targeting multiple frameworks? If so, I think this is likely dotnet/roslyn#16587.

I cannot repro this on a .NET Core 2.0 project after #3564 in the 15.5 build.
