Remove all assembly scanning

Rework everything that relies on assembly scanning to not use Assembly scanning

  • Require user to call 'Init' ?
  • use compile time features to register things from attributes?
  • With the use of the Host Builder it will be familiar for users to register services which will also play well into 3rd party libraries as they can tap into IServiceProvider behavior at this point
