[8.0.80 SR8] OnIdiom + AppThemeBinding is not working in Release Mode [Android]

Description

When using OnIdiom and AppThemeBinding together it works in Debug Mode but in Release Mode its not working. I couldn't find a workaround for this. However I tested on Windows it works in release and debug mode. I didn't test on iOS but I think the issue is there as well.

Debug Mode (Notice how with / without the AppThemeBinding it still works)

Release Mode (Notice how the OnIdiom works fine without AppThemeBinding, the second box is not showing)

Its really important to have this fixed as we are going live on September first. So If there's a workaround please provide it.
