Visual studio Output window told me to "Please log a bug"

Description

Got the following report. Using CommunityToolkit. The error happens after I open/close a popup window 2-5 times.

Microsoft.Maui.Controls.Element: Warning: The RealParent on Microsoft.Maui.Controls.Shapes.Rectangle has been Garbage Collected. This should never happen. Please log a bug: https://github.com/dotnet/maui

This issue has been verified using Visual Studio 17.13.0 Preview 2.1 (9.0.21 & 9.0.14 & 8.0.100). Can repro this issue on Windows platform.
