Use dotnet test + xunit for test suite for advanced usage/scenario of commands

  • build (+ embedded resources, common build properties)
  • run
  • pack (check common nuget options like Authors)
  • publish (shared and standalone)
  • test

Other sceneario:

  • rebuild expected if file is touched
  • build with ProjectReference
