ResxSourceGenerator: kindly make a mention regarding which nuget version corresponds to which git commit

ResxSourceGenerator nuget package version is an opaque number which gives its uses no idea regarding the actual git revision packaged within.

For example, the long desired "NoWarn" feature is not available in the most recent nuget package version 3.11.0-beta1.24605.2 , and it's not clear which nuget version will have it.

A mention of some sort in the repo README file or elsewhere will be most helpful.
