The Tao test (EvaluateSimpleExpressionsDTEE) involves an immediate window checks that work differently with Watches or with DTE.Debugger.CheckExpression calls. So, it seems incorrect to migrate the test to xUnit now.

Created based on #8724. Will migrate all other tests from #8724 and resolve the original issue.
