Am getting an Assertion failed 'isScalableVectorSize(size)' whenever I am trying to run ARM64 SVE tests with env vars:

DOTNET_JitLateDisasm=*
DOTNET_JitRawHexCode=Main
DOTNET_JitEmitUnitTests=Main
DOTNET_JitEmitUnitTestsSections=sve

It's a result of #101674 - specifically this line

Passed for me because I wasn't running the tests correctly :/

Will fix this and some others that fail afterwards.

I've put the fix for this into #101762.

It also fixes some issues I found introduced by #101743. (@kunalspathak)
