There is a Raspbian 10 Helix container image that is currently EOL and referenced here:

runtime/eng/pipelines/libraries/helix-queues-setup.yml

Line 33 in 987f6b5

- (Raspbian.10.Armv6.Open)Ubuntu.2004.ArmArch.Open@mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet-buildtools/prereqs:raspbian-10-helix-arm32v6

This is currently referenced in main, release/9.0, and release/8.0.

This should be updated to a supported image.

Support for this image was originally removed in dotnet/dotnet-buildtools-prereqs-docker#927. A replacement is in the works at dotnet/dotnet-buildtools-prereqs-docker#1083.
