https://github.com/dotnet/runtime/tree/main/docs/workflow/building/libraries should be the right set of docs. If you're just looking for a build of .NET where it can use OpenSSL 3, you can try .NET 6 preview 4: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/6.0 |
