Investigate if below calendar types should be implemented on managed side:

NSCalendarIdentifierChinese,
NSCalendarIdentifierCoptic,
NSCalendarIdentifierEthiopicAmeteMihret,
NSCalendarIdentifierEthiopicAmeteAlem,
NSCalendarIdentifierISO8601,
NSCalendarIdentifierIndian,
NSCalendarIdentifierIslamicCivil,
NSCalendarIdentifierIslamicTabular
