Is there any way to use this from a corporate proxy in Linux?

~/.dotnet/tools/dotnet-symbol --symbols --output symbols /opt/rh/rh-dotnet21/root/usr/lib64/dotnet/shared/Microsoft.NETCore.App/2.1.2/libcoreclr.so
Downloading from http://msdl.microsoft.com/download/symbols/
Writing files to symbols

If the proxy doesn't block the above URL, then it should work just fine unless you are talking about some else.

Sorry, I'm running Centos, original question edited, so the proxy is supported using HTTP_PROXY and HTTPS_PROXY environment variables.
dotnet restore supports this, although it seems it may be broken again.

Sorry, I'm not sure I can answer this. I don't know much about proxies.
