Self-explanatory. What for? Attempted to play PSO2v in English with this plugin while using a USB storage device (in my case, a HDD), and the plugin just refuses to load. Even with the newest release (at the time of this, which is 3.0) it still refused to load. I'm using a PS Vita TV (or just PSTV) for this.
