I have the same issue with a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (with all UIs and OS versions). I've tried to delete cache and data of NextDNS Manager and also uninstall e re-install. My device have the dark theme, but if I set the Light theme on NextDNS Manager, it doesn't works.
