Next and Previous buttons on items from searches (DT-1881) #476

In the current site, if you do a search and then click on an item, there are "next" and "previous" buttons at the top right of the page that allow you to page through the results without having to continually return back to the search results page (example: https://dp.la/item/63674ccc436d86c0c77918ac74e5c009?back_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fdp.la%2Fsearch%3Futf8%3D%25E2%259C%2593%26q%3Derie&next=2&previous=0)

These buttons do not appear on items when searching in the new site. It is helpful to have them and would be great to add them back.
