Fix bug when dpulls status check is set as required. #10

When Dpulls's status check is set as required within the branch protection rule of the repository, each time a new PR is created, Dpulls status check keeps hanging (pending state) and thus blocking the merge button.

Note that this issue doesn't happen when a dependency PR is declared within a the PR.

This issue has been resolved. Dpulls's status check can now be set as required within the branch protection rule of the repository.
