Hi,
thanks for the bug report.

  • Is it original OS, or tweaked in some way?
  • Can you please check the state of "Windows Management Instrumentation" service, is it running normally? - To do so, please press Win + R, then enter "services.msc", then double-click on "Windows Management Instrumentation" and look on field "State".
    Alternatively, you can press Win + R, enter "cmd", enter command "sc query winmgmt"
