I was doing some downloads from the web, when without paying particular attention I mistakenly copied a string onto the cmd panel which I later discovered was a virus. From the Windows defender history I believe it has been blocked, but I would like to verify further via the log if possible. Thank you.

Hi,
I didn't see any obvious signs of infection in the logs.

You should only update version of WinRAR from its site.
