I'm Edwardzcn, a student majoring in CS. I have some coding experience in Go and want to make contributions to features about security or system performance.

I have already checked the 'Open Issues' and found the following two links more interesting to me.

• Optimize the P2P scheduling algorithm for Streaming-P2P in Dragonfly Proposal: Dragonfly supports P2P based on Streaming to reduce disk IO #1164
• Support configurable hashing and crypto algorithms [feature request] support configurable hashing and crypto algorithms for Dragonfly #1204

I'm not sure if the work on the second issue could be applied to SoC2020. So, how can I reach out to you for further discussion?

This is my first try to make contributions to open source software. I really want to achieve it :)

No problem, you can work on any scope that you are interested in. The mentors of Dragonfly will evaluate the task whether need 2 months to be completed.
