Cannot install with 4.0.0-M1 Scala plugin

I can't install Svelto using latest Eclipse (Eclipse 4.3.2 x64 for Java developers, https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technology/epp/downloads/release/kepler/SR2/eclipse-java-kepler-SR2-win32-x86_64.zip) with Scala plugin installed from 4.0.0-M1 offline update site (http://download.scala-ide.org/sdk/helium/e38/scala210/stable/update-site.zip).
Here is the error message:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: Svelto 0.1.0.v-2_10-201309030934-c73283b (org.svelto.plugin.feature.feature.group 0.1.0.v-2_10-201309030934-c73283b)
  Missing requirement: Svelto 0.1.0.v-2_10-201309030934-c73283b (org.svelto.plugin.feature.feature.group 0.1.0.v-2_10-201309030934-c73283b) requires 'org.scala-ide.scala.library 0.0.0' but it could not be found

Everything works fine if I use Scala plugin v3.0.4 instead of 4.0.0-M1
