Caused by this line:

re-natal/resources/figwheel-bridge.js

Line 205 in 725a7ff

var fileBasePath = serverBaseUrl((isChrome() ? "localhost" : devHost)) + "/" + config.basePath + platform;

When debugging remotely, isChrome() returns true and host is set to localhost (which doesn't work on a real device).
