Create a separate "Authors/Organisators" subpage

Information about the authors and organisators is far too big for a single line. We should create a separate subpage for these informations (additional bonus: trust and credibility of the page grows!)

it also may contain legal info about other projects, that we used (currently its in README): django, small javascript libraries, YAML, graphics legally borrowed from gnome and fedora projects, etc...
