复现步骤

浏览器A：获取新邮箱
浏览器A：点击发送邮件
浏览器A：点击申请权限，提示success
浏览器B：登录Admin，在发件权限控制中允许申请的邮箱
浏览器A：再次点击发送邮件，仍提示申请权限
浏览器A：刷新页面，点击发送邮件，显示发信界面，剩余发送邮件额度: 1
浏览器A：发件，跳转到发件箱，点击发送邮件，仍提示剩余发送邮件额度: 1
浏览器A：刷新页面，点击发送邮件，提示申请权限

预期行为

浏览器A：获取新邮箱
浏览器A：点击发送邮件
浏览器A：点击申请权限，提示success
浏览器B：登录Admin，在发件权限控制中允许申请的邮箱
浏览器A：再次点击发送邮件，显示发信界面，剩余发送邮件额度: 1
浏览器A：发件，跳转到发件箱，点击发送邮件，提示申请权限
