bufferutil, which is a dependency of browser-sync, fails to install. I'll look into it later, but this issue seems to be related: BrowserSync/browser-sync#993

node v4.3.0
npm 2.14.12

This problem disappeared after I activated XCode by running:

sudo xcodebuild -license

XCode Version 7.2.1 (7C1002)
