Hello
I would like to apply Giotto on my dataset. I tried one of the demo dataset https://rubd.github.io/Giotto_site/articles/mini_visium.html and saved result for Giotto_viewer. But I can not find much information about its usage. I had installed it from https://pypi.org/project/giotto-viewer/. I would appreciate if you can provide link with detail manual about its proper usage. I am mainly interested in the visualization of the spatial results from gitto_viewer.

I would appreciate all the suggestions.

Thanks alot in advance

Thank you for your interest.

We have used the following instructions for installing Giotto Viewer, and for using the Viewer:
Please follow these instructions carefully:
For Installation: refer to section 2.3 Viewer in this website:
https://qzhudfci.bitbucket.io/spatialgiotto/giotto.install.native.html

For an example of setting up Viewer for a dataset, see section "Part 9: Export Giotto data to viewer" in this visium brain dataset:
https://qzhudfci.bitbucket.io/spatialgiotto/giotto.visium.brain.html

For general usage instructions, see website:
https://qzhudfci.bitbucket.io/spatialgiotto/giotto.viewer.setup3.html

Hope this helps, Please let me know if you need further instructions (qzhudfci "at" gmail).
