Ah, thanks @imWildCat. This gives me a reason to install the beta! Looks like a pretty straight forward css update that's necessary, but I'll wait to have a device set up that I can test on first.

This is a good time for us to rename any css that's using ios7 to just ios.

Currently having this issue as well. iPhone 5C, iOS 7.1.1 and ionic beta 9.

It has been happening every time the app starts. Sometimes the header goes back to normal while scrolling through an ionic-list, but most of the time, the header is stuck in the below position.
