Hi everyone! I came across this project recently and think it's awesome! As I was looking through some of the questions, I noticed that the racial identity section references Latino instead of Latinx and wanted to propose a change.
Here is the wikipedia page about the Latinx term. Essentially, it's a gender neutral term that has gained a lot of popularity recently and is the norm in DIB communities. As a Latinx person myself, I prefer this to "Latina".
I didn't want to start a PR in case there needed to be discussion. If y'all agree on the change, and someone can help make one, that'd be very helpful!

Just wanted to point out the controversy in some circles around "latinx", which some people apparently feel as erasure of previous identity. I'm not saying I agree, but wanted to note this for folks to consider, esp those outside the community who might miss the nuance. Details in the wikipedia article: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Latinx#Reception
