I wanted to make a demo where Carbon is integrated with a basic Web gui, so me and others can easily use carbon in a web project using carbon.

Then can make an example folder and put it there to make it easy for devs to get going.

Also I think a really common need is to convert DB time ( UTC ) to GUI time ( whatever time zone the user is in).
