Tx audio in Rx triggering Vox

A user has reported audio coming out of the Tx sound card when in Rx mode, that is triggering Vox.

I haven't been able to reproduce this, Linux 67f0885. I cannot hear any audio coming out of Tx sound device when FreeDV is receiving. Tried:

1. Generic sound card on laptop.
2. A rigblaster, this didn't trigger on Rx, but triggered fine on Tx.

It could be specific to the end user's hardware, or perhaps Windows, or a configuration issue on the end users system. We'll need a configuration where it can be reproduced to investigate further.
