RADE and RADE1 Sound Quality Isssue

Steps to Reproduce

1. Monitoring RADE and RADE1 local stations QSO
2. Monitoring my RADE signal through Web SDR

Expected Behavior

Clear sound under high SNR condition like +10dB

Actual Behavior

Very annoying sound from Japanese sentence context perspective even the sound is clear from Japanese phonetic perspective.

Unfortunately we'll need at least the raw audio from the radio ("Record" button from the FreeDV main window) to evaluate this further; just the decoded audio isn't enough. If you can provide that next time you run into this issue, that would be great.
