New file load doesn't reset octave band #1

Loading a new file will display the graph for the broadband signal, even if the "Octave" dropdown is showing something other than "All".

To fix: Either filter the new audio via that octave or (probably easier) reset the "Octave" dropdown to "All" whenever a new file is loaded.
