Hi,
I have Drupal 8.2.4, Drush 8.1.7, Devel 8.x-1.0-beta1(datestamp: 1480796587) and devel/webprofiler is NOT installed. When I run Drush with twigc I will get error about missing route "webprofiler.admin_list" from devel\webprofiler\templates\Profiler\webprofiler_dashboard.html.twig. But as I've mentioned - the webprofiler module is not installed so this template should not be getting compiled in the first place.
This issue was closed.
