As a web app dev I would like to be able to develop the application against a locally running chain where I can easily test the setup with as many locally created tokens as needed. The use of IBC tokens is important so being able to use a combination of services togethers such as the Neutron Cosmopark (https://docs.neutron.org/neutron/build-and-run/cosmopark/) is important. Using Neutron Cosmopark tokens can be locally created on the Gaia chain and IBC transferred across to the locally running chain to simulate usage of as many IBC tokens as needed. And using to denom registry overrides these locally created tokens can behave like tokens that exist on the testnet or mainnet.

The local web app should work with a combination of
