Провайдер МТС обновите, он давно показывает не всё что в ЛК есть - например кэшбэк они ввели в августе 2020 а провайдер до сих пор не обновлён.

Update the MTS provider, it has not shown everything
in personal account for a long time - for example, they introduced cashback in August 2020 and the provider has not yet been updated
