Layer 15 audio tracks of cheering on top of one another and have each randomly chosen where they rank in the 1-15 order of loudness each time this function is called on, randomly offset each track in time by about 0.2 seconds. Have each track gradually fade out. Clapping should occur if three in a row is scored.

Maybe introduce chanting as well?
