当kafka服务端授权不通过，会无限请求kafka服务器；

当kafka服务端授权不通过，会无限请求kafka服务器；

之前的版本设置了 retries 为0，可能是这个配置导致的，目前已修改为 3，可以升级到 v1.3.2 测试一下。
