I did publish my plugin through skpm, but doesn't created PR and It seemed not to be applied

please see the above shot.
I published through skpm with version 1.0.3, and skpm console had output with success,
but, PR wasn't registed.
the new version(1.0.3) of my plugin is changed metadata of plugin's download url.
I excuted command with skpm like skpm publish 1.0.3 --download-url="blah blah"

I expected that PR has been created, and applied on https://sketchapp.com/extensions/plugins/

If I did wrong, please tell me how to do.. When a user clicks on my plugin on the site(https://sketchapp.com/extensions/plugins/), I want to redirect to my homepage.
