In order to determine the Progress towards our Goal of breaking even on running the Co-working Space, we need:

• Current Occupancy Rate
• Any feedback we have collected from current members
• Required occupancy rate to achieve break even.
• List of "Leads*" of people who have contacted us about working the space. (link to spreadsheet/google doc?)

Occupancy rate = 58%

Feedback

• No meeting room isn't great
• at least 6 tenants do not like or pay attention to the focus hours since their introduction
• one new tenant (Sam) signed up, partially because he liked the focus on productivity
• Internet has intermittent issues that can be very frustrating
• main value proposition for tenants appears to be location

I checked the answering machine at FH on Monday, there were 6 messages. Of those, there were two new leads but I have no idea how old they are as I don't know how often the answering machine was checked whilst I was out of the country. I've added to the only leads spreadsheet I know of as mentioned above by @markwilliamfirth. Is there a different location where the information is kept now that I should update?

It also looks like the current list of tenants spreadsheet is not up to date @markwilliamfirth ? Do I just have an old link for it?

@iteles those two phone messages - one is laura - I called her back and she never answered. Another is sam (Sam is a tenant)
