I've read this thread to about half way down and it feels very much like a bunch of people's opinions of traditional work places with no innovation. I didn't feel like I gained any real insight by reading this thread, though a lot of people seem to subscribe to the notion that this is 'chaos management' which is 🙄

I found there was a lot more value in what @nelsonic shared in dwyl/product-owner-guide#46
