Recently learned that, thanks to the influx of "investors" in PT, the affordability of homes has plummeted ... 📉
i.e. Portugal is now the second least affordable (to the locals) place to buy a house in the World after New Zealand!!! 🤯

A person earning an "average" salary can no longer afford to buy an average house/apartment.
Our target price for a Tiny House with all the off-grid features will be €40k.
We acknowledge that this is still a mountain of money for most people who don't work in "Tech".
