Support for ESP32-S3 (Seeduino Xiao ESP32-S3)

Hello, awesome project!!

I was wondering if it is possible to build it for the board in question (Seeduino Xiao Esp32-S3)?

I was able to build for ESP32DEV, however just changing the board in PlatformIO does not build successfully.

I like that the Xiao ESP32-S3 is small and has an antenna, that's why I think it would be great if it could be supported.

I managed to build and upload the project using the following configuration in PlatformIO:

[env:seeed_xiao_esp32s3]
platform = espressif32
board = seeed_xiao_esp32s3
framework = arduino
lib_deps = ${env.lib_deps_ext}
build_flags =
-D CORE_DEBUG_LEVEL=0
-D ARDUINO_USB_CDC_ON_BOOT=0

After uploading the project to the Xiao ESP32-S3, the Access Point successfully shows and I am able to connect to my WiFi network.
The only thing left to see if the serial connection to the HVAC will work.

I will update here when I test it and see if it works or not.
