When reporting a broken download, the report page bugs exist:

The report page URL is e107_plugins/download/download.php?action=report&id=65876
The breadcrumbs for that page also include the e107_plugins/download/download.php?view and list for each breadcrumb.
The download link also has the same e107_plugins/download.php? url
