maybe the Friendica addon for pumpio could be ported (eg to statusnet or anything else using php) ?

This is the PHP code I wrote to post from friendica to pump.io. Of course this could be rewritten to post from statusnet to pump.io.

The code mentioned above should show how to access pump.io via php. It contains registering, posting and fetching data.

Sotitrox maintains ConectorPump (source code is in https://gitorious.org/conector-pump).
I've added it to the wiki.
